By accessing this website or participating in any promotion, including giveaways, you agree to the following terms:
1. Giveaway Eligibility

• Must be a U.S. resident (or specify your target area)

• No purchase necessary to enter
   

2. Giveaway Entry Rules
To enter:

• Submit the required form

• Follow Jess Living Design Studio on social media

• Optional: Share with friends for bonus entry

Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

3. Giveaway Period

Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• One (1) winner will be selected at random

• Winner will be contacted via email and/or phone

• Winner will also be announced on our social media

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

The winner will receive one of the following:

Prizes:

• Are non-transferable

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

By entering, you agree that Jess Living Design Studio may use:

• Photos (if voluntarily provided)

• Lost, late, or incomplete entries

• Any damages resulting from participation or prize use
